First off let me say I did not miswire this. It has 3 wires, HOT, N, GND. I'm a licensed electrician, so I wired this up as needed. It flickered and died. I took it down and did more investigation. The ballast wiring (factory) had the HOT and N tied together with a wire nut up above the MOGUL base. It burned up the electronic ballast. I was already out of my "return" window on Amazon so I'm stuck with a bad fixture. I've found 2 components failed on the board so far, so hopefully I can repair it, but not worth the hassle really. Everything was made in China, so poor quality control with this mfr.

I could not get the light to work. It was installed to specs, but won't work. Wiring to light tested fine. Socket tested and no current when photocell is covered. I'm returning the light and will go another route for my security lighting needs.
