We just moved into a new house about 6 months ago. We put down a slate tile flooring in the kitchen. It looks so beautiful, but to our horror, it's impossible to clean. Really, the surface is uneven and rough. We bought a Mint about a year ago to clear our wood floors in our old house, but it won't clean our new state tile. We tried everything. Broom, the vacuum, hand washing the slate. We bought a Shark Pro on Black Friday. Thank you very much! It works! The steam action cleans it. The steam mop is light weight and very easy to use. I followed the instructions and in five minutes, i was in business. So far, i've been very happy.

I got this and tried it out right when I got home. It comes with three pads; 2 square pads and 1 triangular pad. It was in perfect shape when I got mine. When I cleaned the floor, marks came off that have been there for years that other mops couldn't get. I am very happy with this steam mop.

We are a medical office and we just installed new laminate floors. They require more cleaning than anticipated, this steam mop really helps. We had to make sure it would keep the luster of the wood look and it does, we do not use it everyday, however, for those heavy trafic days it works very well.
